We started in fit-out work and grew into structural building works, architectural design and full new-build construction. Most of our carpenters, tilers, plumbers and painters have worked together for years — that continuity is exactly why the standard holds.
In Melbourne, the thing that catches owners out is rarely price. It is communication: drawings they cannot read, quotes they cannot interpret, and a programme that slips with nobody volunteering an explanation. So we made the process heavier on purpose — itemised fixed-price contracts, a weekly photo report, and inspection before each stage moves on.
